If you want to get a very tight assembly with minimum glue please use 0.15 mm outside compensation for outside contours (black lines) and 0.15 mm inside compensation for holes (red lines). This compensation depends on the diameter of your beam on the material. The compensation should be a half of the diameter of the beam
